I'll connect you with new suppliers offering the right prices, cut labour costs, upgrade menus with a modern approach and help you work with designers to rethink your look and feel.

With my French training as a pastry chef I'll customize a dessert menu that fits with the style of your menu and restaurant to get customers raving. I'll work closely with your team, encouraging them to get excited about developing new recipes and training them in new and creative techniques.

The Tempered Chef offers a variety of cooking classes in all kinds of techniques; from beginners through butchering, pastry and molecular gastronomy. No experience required, only a willingness to learn and a sense of humour!
